1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of 1-1 online coaching services provided by James Stirling, trading as London Fitness Guy ('LFG Coaching', 'James', 'I', 'me'). By purchasing a coaching plan you agree to be bound by these Terms.
James Stirling is a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. The Service
LFG Coaching provides personalised 1-1 online coaching services including but not limited to:
• A bespoke monthly training programme built around your goals and schedule
• Personalised macro and protein targets
• Weekly check-ins reviewed personally by James
• Direct messaging access through the LFG coaching app
• Progress tracking across four measurements
• End-of-cycle review calls
All coaching is delivered by James Stirling personally. The service is delivered remotely via the Trainerize coaching platform and WhatsApp. You will need a compatible smartphone or device to access the app.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a coaching plan. By purchasing you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
You confirm that you are in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from participating in a fitness programme. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, you agree to consult a qualified medical professional before commencing the programme.
LFG Coaching does not provide medical advice. Nothing in the coaching programme should be construed as medical advice or a substitute for professional medical care.
4. Subscription and Payment
Coaching is provided on a monthly subscription basis at £249.00 GBP per month (or the price displayed at the time of purchase).
Payment is processed through Trainerize. By purchasing, you authorise recurring monthly payments until your subscription is cancelled.
A minimum commitment of three months applies to all coaching plans. You may cancel at any time after the three-month minimum term has been completed.
All prices are displayed in GBP. If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges applied by your bank or payment provider.
Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days notice before taking effect for existing subscribers.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time after completing the minimum three-month commitment by contacting James directly via the coaching app or by email.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the coaching service until the end of the period for which you have paid.
No refunds are provided for partial months.
If you cancel before completing the minimum three-month commitment, you remain liable for the remaining months of the minimum term.
6. Money Back Guarantee
LFG Coaching offers a 30-day money back guarantee subject to the following conditions:
• You must have followed the programme as prescribed for the full 30 days
• You must have completed your weekly check-ins throughout the 30-day period
• You must have tracked your four measurements at the start and end of the period
• You must request the refund within 35 days of your start date
If you meet these conditions and have not made measurable progress across any of your four tracked measurements, a full refund will be issued within 14 days of your request.
The money back guarantee applies to your first month of coaching only and cannot be applied to subsequent months.
James reserves the right to assess whether the programme was genuinely followed before issuing a refund.
7. Your Responsibilities
To get the most from the coaching programme and to be eligible for the money back guarantee, you agree to:
• Complete your weekly check-ins honestly and on time
• Follow the training programme and nutrition guidance as prescribed
• Communicate any changes to your health, schedule, or goals promptly
• Take your baseline measurements at the start of the programme
• Engage with James's coaching feedback and adjust accordingly
James cannot be responsible for a lack of results if the programme is not followed as prescribed.
8. Intellectual Property
All training programmes, nutrition guidance, content, and materials provided through LFG Coaching are the intellectual property of James Stirling and are provided for your personal use only.
You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any coaching materials, programmes, or content without the express written permission of James Stirling.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, James Stirling and LFG Coaching shall not be liable for:
• Any injury, illness, or health condition arising from participation in the coaching programme
• Any loss of income, business, or opportunity arising from participation in the programme
• Any technical issues with third-party platforms including Trainerize or WhatsApp
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You participate in the coaching programme entirely at your own risk. James strongly recommends consulting a medical professional before beginning any new fitness or nutrition programme.
10. Third Party Platforms
The coaching service is delivered in part through Trainerize and WhatsApp. These are third-party platforms subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. LFG Coaching is not responsible for the availability, performance, or data practices of these platforms.
By using the coaching service you agree to comply with the terms of service of Trainerize and WhatsApp.
11. Changes to These Terms
James reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes with a minimum of 14 days notice. Continued use of the coaching service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are based outside the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to engage with a UK-based service and agree that English law applies.
